So, you use a country, or rather, the title of a country, to signify...what? Personality? Attributes? They would come up with more creative names than simply directions, but I suppose its the quaint aspect of it. So if you are of an East nation....yes, it is not unlike the broad strokes the British people tend to paint the inhabitants of Japan, with the common stereotype of a polite, reserved people. Ergo....ah, in a place of wizards and humans, perhaps communities are far more congealed in that aspect, and attributes or rather, personalities, have more weight. It would be unusual for someone who is say, brash and bold to be among those who are more withdrawn.

I wonder if personalities play a role in wizards, too. They have been around for longer, so the natural order would be to follow their word...or rather their might. Are they the ones who put such things in place? It would seem so, and I could see society more or less bowing towards the wants and needs of wizards to be among others who understand them, need them. Yes, I could see it now, a vacuum is created, wizards move in with their compatible attributes and ideals, and humans move to gain the same advantages.

Anyway, you're wrong about wizards makin' the world that way. People with specific personalities just end up drifitn' towards the place that suits 'em best. Least for wizards.
If you're talking "might makes right" that's North Country. Wizards get treated different ways dependin' on the country too. Northern humans have to rely on wizards for protection 'nd stuff.
