Rin's voice is a little less energetic and a lot more thoughtful when he finishes his sentence. But it's a good kind of thoughtful, at least, rather than a depressing one.]
...his salvation has always been in people who wouldn't give up on him. It wouldn't be right for him to not try and save everyone else too.
[Rin finds himself smiling at the headpat. Even if he's a teenager now and got grumpy about such gestures in the recent past, he still finds comfort in it.]
Maybe Papa bear and angry teenage bear can work together on saving everyone, yeah?
